A self-service SMM panel that resells social-media growth services across 16+ platforms, with multi-currency wallets and instant automated delivery, built for the Ghanaian market.
The client wanted to enter Ghana's social-media-growth market with their own branded panel rather than reselling through someone else's. That meant solving three hard problems at once: pricing a 2,700-service catalogue across three currencies without losing margin, taking payment reliably in a region where card gateways are restrictive and chargeback-sensitive, and keeping order statuses in sync with a third-party supplier, all on budget shared hosting with no command-line access.
We built a PHP/MySQL platform from the ground up. A three-layer currency engine converts wholesale provider rates (INR) to a USD accounting base and displays prices in GHS or USD, with markup controllable globally, per-category, or per-service. Because card gateways are unreliable for this business, we made offline payment the primary rail, customers transfer via MTN MoMo, bank, USDT or PayPal, upload a reference, and an admin verifies and credits the wallet from a review queue, with Paystack kept as a secondary option. Order fulfilment is fully automated against the supplier API, with a token-protected web cron so statuses stay live without server SSH. We layered on strong SEO: indexable per-platform landing pages, structured data, an AI-search llms.txt, and a complete sitemap.
A production-ready panel with a polished customer storefront, a self-service reseller API, and an admin back office covering catalogue sync, markup control, order management and manual-payment approvals. The offline-first payment design sidesteps the gateway and chargeback risks that sink most SMM merchants in the region, while automated order sync and SEO-optimised platform pages position the brand to grow on autopilot.
