By using True West Studioz and engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide design, web development, SEO, email and marketing services. Fixed-price packages and their inclusions are described on the site; custom work is defined in a quote or proposal.

Orders, quotes & payment

• Fixed-price services are payable online before work begins. Custom projects may require a deposit, with the balance due before final delivery.
• Payments are processed by Paystack and PayPal. Invoices are valid for the period stated on each invoice.
• Prices are shown in GHS and USD; the currency charged is the one selected at checkout.

Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated on your project page. Additional revisions can be purchased at the rate shown.

Delivery & approval

We deliver work to your client dashboard. Final files are released on approval (and, for websites, on settlement of any final balance). Unsettled balances may result in a project being paused or a site placed in maintenance mode.

Refunds

Because work begins promptly and is bespoke, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If something isn't right, contact us — we'll always work to make it right.

Intellectual property

On full payment, final deliverables and their usage rights transfer to you. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
